Dr. Salma Kiani O.D, F.A.A.O
Dr. Salma Kiani, O.D., F.A.A.O., hails from Edmonton, Alberta. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word, Rosenberg School of Optometry in Texas, where she was honored as a member of the inaugural class of 2013 and graduated on the Dean’s Honor Roll.

Paul Singh Optometrist
Dr. Paul Singh is a highly respected optometrist who has been serving the Edmonton community for more than 25 years. He is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and he has developed a particular expertise in dry eye management and myopia control.
Dr. Singh earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in 1992, followed by his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1996. Since then, he has developed a respected career in primary eye care, combining experience with the latest innovations in vision science.

Faith Ogg has 4 years of experience in pretesting, optical and reception. Her hobbies are walking, cooking, working out, and reading. She is currently on her way to becoming a paramedic with a growing interest in firefighting.
Fatine Benhaddou
Fatine Benhaddou is a licensed optician from Morocco with expertise in optic. She earned a
three-year Diploma in Optic and Optometry from an Institute of Applied Sciences in Rabat,
followed by one year of hands-on training in pretesting and optical lab work.
With over three years of experience, Fatine specializes in eyewear fitting, lens edging, and
optical lab procedures. She has been a valued team member at GEEC for the past 10 months,
ensuring quality optical care with precision and dedication.
Rahel Kesete Weldegergis
Rahel is a passionate and detail-oriented opticial technician at Greater Edmonton Eyecare,
dedicated to helping patients achieve clear, comfortable vision. With a BSc in Optometry from
Asmara College of Health Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Health Research
from Oxford University, she brings a deep understanding of eye health and patient-centered
care. With over five years of experience in clinical and optical settings, she takes pride in
guiding patients through the eyewear selection process, ensuring they find frames and lenses
that enhance both their vision and lifestyle.

Saira Kiani
Saira Kiani joined Greater Edmonton Eyecare in June 2026 and brings a strong background in sales and customer service to our team. Born and raised in Edmonton, Saira combines deep community roots with a people-first approach, helping patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their eyewear and eye health choices. Her sales expertise ensures every recommendation balances quality, style, and value. Saira is bilingual in English and Urdu, allowing her to support a wider range of patients with clear, welcoming communication. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local Edmonton spots with her kids and spending time with her family.
